Cheap & Chic Hotel - Ciutadella (Menorca)

I was given extremely spacious room with a lovely garden, the bathroom plus shower. And the facilities were really good. Friendly service was provided here. Could use their free parking. Location: the hotel was very close to the square around the corner and shops.

Spacious and well-lit rooms that are nicely designed, just as shown in the pictures. the terrace is a pleasant addition and the rooms have standard ceilings as advertised. Plus, the price is spot on at £64. 🌟

This hotel is outstanding in so many ways. its location in the centre of the ancient city is perfect. It's very near to several restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. Secondly, the rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish interiors, and I particularly loved the walk-in shower in my room. The icing on the cake was the rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the city. Lastly, the breakfast provided is top-notch, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of delicious pastries available. All in all, this hotel provides excellent value for money and attention to detail.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot. We were able to walk to several restaurants and enjoy delicious meals. the hotel is located right next to the cathedral, which provided a charming atmosphere and a convenient way to keep track of time. the cobbled street leading to the hotel is absolutely beautiful, giving the whole experience a quaint and authentic feel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great storage and lovely windows with shutters. the decor was restful, featuring interesting artwork by local artists. the bed was large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom, though smallish, was adequate and pleasant. the cleanliness of the hotel was maintained at a good standard, and the staff, particularly Pierangela, were friendly and helpful. the hotel also offered self-service coffee and pastries in the entrance hall, which was a nice touch.

Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and the staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

The hotel location was excellent, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and provided us with helpful information throughout our stay. The room was also clean and comfortable, with complimentary amenities such as coffee and fruit.

The shower in our room was not up to par and seemed to be impacted by usage from other rooms. Although this wasn't a huge issue during our summer stay, it could be problematic during times of high occupancy.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and perfect service. The hotel's interior design was chic and stylish, creating a unique atmosphere. The owner, Mrs Pierangela, were really good too ensure our comfort, even offering us coffee and cake in the morning. We received wonderful recommendations for exploring the city and shopping. our stay at Cheap & Chic was pretty good, and we highly recommend it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved wandering through the beautiful cobbled streets and being just a short walk from restaurants and stores. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. I stayed in a room with a private rooftop terrace and it was a great spot to relax and take in the unique design of the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise. There were cakes and fruits at the entrance, which I could help myself to, and it was a lovely way to start the day.

No real faults - only suggestion would be to have eco-friendly cups for the coffee machine.

The friendly staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. Lastly, breakfast was a delightful start to our day.
